I. Requirement for Enrollment

At least high school graduate and in good health.

II. Process of Application and Enrollment

1.Applicant who is qualified according to the requirement should contact the Foreign Student Office of the International Exchange College 2 months in advance for filling in Application Form for Foreign Students Wishing to Study at Qiqihar University or download the Qiqihar University Application Form for Foreign Student Studying in China from our website.

2.Complete the application form and stick one recent photo of size 35*45 (mm) without hat. Send it to the foreign students office of Qiqihar University. You also can submit your information to us by Email.

3.After receipt and evaluation of above materials, the Foreign Students Office will go through the Visa Application Form for Foreign Student on Qiqihar University and post the materials to applicant.

4.The applicant should take his passport and other relevant materials with JW202 Form and the Notice of Enrollment of Foreign Student on Qiqihar University together go to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your country for applying for X visa to study in China (one year or over one year). The applicant also can apply for an F visa whose study period is 180 days or under 180 days.

III. Requirement of Physical Examination

The applicant need to do physical examination in medical institution of his own country which is appointed or recognized by China Embassy. According to the requirement of the Record of the Foreigner physical examination, the physical examination items must include chest x-ray test, AIDS test, venereal disease exam, infections disease exam and enclose original examination on data, including chest x-ray examination picture. The applicant applying for F visa needn’t do physical examination. The applicant also may do physical examination in Qiqihar City.
